Flow and Attune

A four week series of yoga and mediation that awakens the mind/body connection and attunes the senses and sense self.

We’ll begin each week with a grounding meditation that allows the chatter of the mind and tension in the body to loosen. A moment to focus, align intentions and prepare for asana practice. Building up to an invigorating vinyasa flow that ignites the inner fire and energizes the body. Winding down into a closing mediation practice that integrates the effort, intentions and experience. A moment to attune to subtle energy sensations and sense of self.

Each week we’ll explore a new theme; classes can be attended individually or as a series.
