Deity Yoga with Jenna Brooks
Deity yoga invites you to delve into the energy of goddesses such as Saraswati, Tara, and Kali from the Tantric yoga tradition. The practice opens with a short dharma talk and invocation of the goddess, followed by a visualization meditation, and extended physical practice to embody the energy of the deity, closed with deep relaxation. This class integrates deep spiritual teachings using mantra, physical asana, and embodied mindful movement to touch our own truly divine essence nature. We encourage students that are curious to learn more on tantric yoga philosophy and want to experiment with new physical postures.

A four week series of yoga and mediation that awakens the mind/body connection and attunes the senses and sense self.
Moving Through Grief
Moving through grief is a difficult path, but one that can be navigated with love, support, and essential self care. This 2 hour workshop is an exploration in preparing to plot a course through grief whether your loss is recent or a more latent one. “Moving Through Grief” offers a combination of yoga, journaling, and meditation in an arc of progression that allows for integration, and hopefully a path toward further healing.
